INTERMEDIATE

Jumps and Sprints all within interval variations.e. Includes upper body coordination

ADVANCE

Highest cadence and moderate resistance. This is a conditioning format to increase full capability

BX CONCOURSE RIDE

Clip on your spd’s for this one! The 1 hour BX ConCourse Cycle class is an amazing eclectic variety of small hills, flat roads and jumps.

SOUL RIDE

House Music and Soul Rhythms 70’s music with choreography & dance moves as well as toning on the bike. This class will encourage you to get off the bike and dance!

CARIBBEAN CRUISE

Caribbean Cruise encompasses a spectrum of roots and conscious music through to fun Dancehall riddims. BPM’s could reach 180 so be ready to werk!

EYELIFT CORE & GLUTES

Redefine your strength by relieving lower back discomfort, neck and knee pain via glute and core strengthening exercises. This is class is modified for YOU! 

PILATES

Isolation and combinations of major muscle groups. Stretch and tone as you go along.  Pilates is a work out aiming to tone the core muscles and lengthen the body.

INTERVAL HIIT, PIYO & PILATES

Movements include Afro cardio fitness dance variations. This class will engage the entire range of muscles from head to toe – Created to engage and keep you excited with intensity while having freedom of range of motion with fun and challenge. 

YOGA

Beginners class focuses on standing postures and the rhythm of moving with breath.

MEDITATION

Tapping into your 3rd Eye, training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body.  This is the essence of Eyecycle.
